Our amenities are simple but thoughtful:
- 24 hours access with selected reception hours (7-10am and 4-7pm) seven days a week
- Shared (male and female dormitories) and private rooms with private bathroom in each room
- Spacious and well equipped kitchen and dinning area
- Cozy common lounge with an awesome fire place
- Plenty of books and no TV in sight
- Storage space for gear storage
- Unique courtyard and patio equipped with BBQ and a filtered lake view
- Smoking and drugs prohibited
While centrally located in the heart of North shore Lake Tahoe, we are situated in a safe and lovely neighborhood. We have local public transportation right outside our doorsteps and is walking distance to local amenities, restaurants and attractions, making Hostel Tahoe the perfect starting point for you to leave your car and enjoy Lake Tahoe on foot or by bike.
From mountain biking trail or backcountry ski trail suggestions to a culinary tour around Lake Tahoe, our friendly and knowledgeable staff is happy to assist you with different types of trip and activities planning.
